Overview:

The equipment is designed according to IEC62133 and other standards. It comprehensively tests three parameters of battery deformation, test voltage and pressure acquisition. It is controlled by Japanese Panasonic servo computer software.

IEC62133 purpose:

Impurities such as metal dust and scrap particles that may enter the manufacturing process during the manufacturing process, and the potential danger of internal short circuit caused by piercing the diaphragm between the positive and negative electrodes. Its test object is for cylindrical or prismatic cells. This test is currently only available in Korea, Japan, Switzerland and France.
