IEC 60068-2-75 Pendulum Impact Hammer Test Apparatus
The pendulum hammer impact tester is manufactured according to the test method Eh hammer test of the test method in the part 2 of the environmental test of IEC60068-2-75 and GB 2423.55. The test device is mainly oscillated by the upper end around its swing axis in a vertical plane. The pendulum is composed. The axis of the pendulum axis is 1000 mm above the measuring point. The pendulum consists of a rigid pendulum shaft and a matching impact element. Test specimens that are heavier, bulky, or difficult to handle can be tested using a hand-held pendulum.
The device is mainly used for mechanical strength testing of electrical accessories such as plugs, sockets and switches for household and similar purposes. The device is generally fixed vertically on a solid wall, and the mounting bracket can be adjusted front and rear, and the impact angle is adjustable.
Technical Parameters of pendulum hammer tester:
1. Impact element mass: 150±1g(0.2) / 200±1g(0.5) (optional)
2. Mounting bracket quality: 10±1Kg
3. Bracket rotation angle: ±180° arbitrarily adjustable
4. Pendulum shaft length: 1000±1mm
5. Swing shaft material: steel pipe with outer diameter of 9 mm and wall thickness of 0.5 mm
6. Pendulum shaft mass: 1mm=1g
Impact height: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 400mm
The drop height of pendulum hammer testing:
1. Place the pendulum shaft in the guide and install the blocking pin.
2. The drop height is selected according to the equivalent mass of the selected impact energy hammerhead and can be measured by the steel ruler and the height indicator.
