Photovoltaic Auto safety comprehensive tester
Model:BND-CS9933EG-15
Standards: IEC61730; IEC61215; IEC 61646
Description of PV safety tester:
Photovoltaic safety tester is used to test PV module, cable, connector, terminal box, …etc which can deal with high voltage and high sensitivity insulation test. There are two functions that are high voltage test and insulation resistance test in total.
According to the IEC61730 standard(photovoltaic module safety qualification—part I: Requirements for construction which describes the fundamental construction requirements for photovoltaic modules in order to provide safe electrical and mechanical operation during their expected lifetime), the definition of PV module application is divided into A, B, C.
The current measuring terminal can choose the grounding mode or the floating mode. Insulation voltage withstand test of photovoltaic module is based on the application of IEC61215/61646 and the maximum voltage of the system.
Maximum test voltage for the application class A:2000V plus 4 times the maximum system voltage
For the maximum voltage application category B:1000V system 2 times
According to the calculation of a maximum voltage of 8000V, CS9923GS, CS9923G is based on this standard production
According to the calculation of the maximum voltage B 6000V, CS9922G, CS9922GS is based on this standard production
Performance characteristics:
◆With safety anti-electric wall function, it can automatically detect whether the input power is correct
◆For photovoltaic system panels, controllers, and battery packs
◆After the DC withstand voltage and insulation resistance tests are completed, the tester can quickly discharge within 0.2 seconds to protect the safety of the operator
◆With current lower limit alarm function, it can prevent the open circuit of the test line from causing misjudgment of the tested components during the test. The output voltage has voltage upper limit and voltage lower limit alarm functions
◆With keyboard lock function to prevent the operator from modifying the test parameters and ensure that the tested object is tested according to the set parameters
◆Linear power amplifier drives the output of sinusoidal voltage (current), and the crest factor is within the range of 1.3 to 1.5
◆Adopts 240*64 graphic LCD display and humanized interface design
◆With Chinese and English display interfaces, it can meet the different needs of different users.
◆Test parameters can be saved in advance: 30 files can be set, and each file can have 99 test steps
◆Optional RS232, RS485, USB interface, standard PLC interface
